Free audits, consultations and inquiries
Sending an inquiry, or receiving a free audit, consultation, estimate or recommendation from us, does not create a contract, a client relationship or an obligation on either side. Paid services begin only when we agree the scope, price and terms with you in a separate written agreement. Any growth ideas, benchmarks or projections we share are our professional opinion, not a promise of particular results. Social platforms control their own algorithms and rules, and results depend on factors outside our control.
Our content and your content
The text, design, logos, videos and other material on this site belong to The Reel Co or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and share its pages by link, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Work shown here for clients belongs to those clients and is shown with their involvement.
What you send us through the form remains yours. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to evaluate and plan work you ask about.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or embed services run by others, including social media platforms and the chat assistant described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Reel Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or from information on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Paid services are governed by their own written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
